They had a vision to train young Christian leaders for the goodness of God's Kingdom and to change the world around them. 

FOUNDERS

Ezra Leadership Institute was founded in 2003 by founders, Elder Byung Ik Lee and Senior Deaconess Hong Eun Lee. With the dream to provide beautiful and natural facilities for young Christian leaders to be trained at, they set out to find the perfect location in Virginia. Our founders have been passionate about providing a peaceful getaway for churches and Christian organizations and we are joyful to be a part of this continuing journey.
